As both of you may be aware, we're going to Jakarta on Monday, 16th.
We haven't started to pack yet.
But, Mama has just bought some Rupiahs and Dolars for the trip.

· Sarapan pagi di hotel
· Melawat monas, masjid Istiqlal, kilang batik & Taman Mini Indonesia Indah
· Dibawa ke restoran untuk makan tengahari (perbelanjaan sendiri)
· Dibawa ke Ancol Bay City Recreation Park
- Fantasy Land = Rp 95.000 seorang
- Dolphin Show = Rp 75.000 seorang Harga tertakluk kpd perubahan semasa

· Membeli-belah di Jakarta sementara menunggu penerbangan pulang ke tanah air.

I hope you and anak-anak will get well very very soon (Mie okay ke?). I was thinking about how you fell sick: It had started with either Shira or Irfan... and then spreading to everyone. BTW since you had gone to the office today, lepas ni you punya staff pun akan turut demam heheh!
Anyway, I think it might be from a flu strain brought from a migrant worker - we, the locals, don't have the antibodies to fight it. Yet. But after you had contracted - and then overcome it - the body will be well prepared the next time.
I became aware of this when I was in Johor Baru in 1999 - had contracted something and was sick for more than a week. I had asked a guy from Kelantan: He said ALL the people that he knew of had fallen sick when they first came to live in JB. That's how my theory of this "foreign strain" came about.
Waduh waduh mau ke Jakarta yahh?? Happy jalan2 and membeli belah :)

Have to do some PR work on Sherry & family's part:
The family was in Temerloh since Saturday evening to attend a relative's wedding. From the SMS I received, Sherry said her Mak Andam makeup of the bride went on great. Well, I guess we'll just have to accept this as being true; unless the victim sends in a comment to complain Haha!
From Temerloh, the family had gone to her younger brother's house in Bangi and arrived at around 9PM Sunday. Their flight to Jakarta is at 4PM today (Monday).
Selamat bercuti ya... kak e nak pesan, bawa rupiah banyak2 tau ;)
* kalau plan nak shopping, kak e nasihatkan jangan bawa banyak pakaian sebab boleh beli di sana (kak e tak bawa beg pun sebab beli di sana - murah)
* airport tax cuma rupiah100 ribu je :)unless ada ke mana2 daerah lain sebab kalau domestic - airport tax murah je...

Just to keep Sherry & Nazmi's friends updated:
The flight had taken off at around 4.30PM I think - a SMS I sent around 4.45PM was "Pending" by then. Sherry sent a SMS at 6.45PM to inform they had arrived in Jakarta. BTW the time difference is minus one hour ours.
They're preparing for a busy day tomorrow; plus were tired today. Sherry had sent the last SMS at 9.45PM; of everybody going to sleep early.
I'm happy that one of my friends - that hilarious `kaki pukul' on blogosphere and financial pro, satD of Pure Shiite - is around in Jakarta and will make himself available should the family require any help. Just goes to show how helpful some people are. And I haven't even met with satD before!
Wadduh..wadduhhh ... Berjalan sakan yaa..!!!
